"This is the first time we are hearing about your dissatisfaction with our Company and we are sorry that you had a bad experience with our service, however, my husband tried quite a few times to reach you on the phone number that you left with us. The phone rang a few times and then went to busy every time that he called. Since this was the only way we had to get in touch with you, on 9/25/13 he went ahead and came by your house to look at the tree work that you requested, in hopes that you would be there. Since he was already there, he looked at the tree work requested, wrote up an estimate, and left it in your door - as he has done many, many times in our 35+ years in business (Federal law prohibits us from leaving the estimate in your mailbox). He also stated on the estimate that he had tried several times, during several days, to get in touch with you and your phone was not working. We try to get to our estimates in a timely fashion and Mr. Jackson was trying to get to you as soon as possible. Our customers are very important to us and we strive to provide a quality service. Our ratings with the local BBB and with Angie's List should speak for themselves. We feel that we go above and beyond the call of duty for all of our customers, however, this situation was out of our control with a non working customer's phone. Again, we apologize for your bad experience with our Company and if we can be of any service in the future, please do not hesitate to contact us. Thank you."
