Glover Plumbing

Did not go good. Glover came out and replaced a seal. Never did they stand by the toilet for any length of time to see if they had fixed the problem. Called them back as the toilet continued to cycle water. A few days later they returned and said the water pressure valve was bad. They returned a few days later, replaced the valve, and left. Never did they validate they had solved the running continuing to cycle. It did not fix the issue. We had to call again, they came out while we were not home and said they replaced the flushing mechanism (which we had already replaced two or three times), left again without validating it was fixed, it was not. We called AGAIN, waited patiently for almost a week, no show, we called them again, and they said we need to replace the toilet…..$400 for nothing! If they couldn’t fix the problem and they think we need a new toilet why was that not the solution before we paid $400 and still have a toilet that continues to cycle water. I do not recommend this company!

Great employees, always kept a knowledgeable person on the job until it was done. Nothing was rushed or overlooked. Lines were tested and passed the first time.

Very professional service? I would use them again.

This is the second time we've used this service.  In early March 2013 we had  Glover Plumbing come to install a Pressure Relief valve and a master cut-off valve in our main water line.  The price for that service was about $204 with two technicians on site and $102 in materials.  It took them about an hour and a half. 



This second service was a separate issue in a different location in the house.  It was not an urgent situation, and they fit me into their schedule the next day.  The leak was at a soldered joint and the repair technician was able to fix it in about 15 minutes. 



The technicians are always friendly and professional; quick and thorough in performing the services.  I will definitely always call them in the future.

I had at least 4 pin hole leaks under the house in the copper pipes and had to call them several times and they have always been on time. I had spoken with Mr. Glover and he advised me since the house was built in the 60s that the pipes were copper it would be best to have them replaced. If not would probably continue to have this problem. Well I wanted to wait until warmer weather so I told him I would contact him later to have the work done. Then I had another leak and had to call them again. I did not have to wait for days for them to come and fix the problem. These people are efficient, responsible, courteous and do a good job. I told them I should have listened to Mr. Glover and saved that repair bill, so I called and scheduled an appointment to have them all replaced. No more leaks or copper pipes.

I would not hesitate to call Glover Plumbing for future plumbing work. Very satisfied.

They did an excellent job in replacing the old shiny brass fixtures with new modern ones. The job involved accessing the tub
plumbing from the basement below which was a rather complicated feat. Everything was put in place and cleaned up afterward.

I would recommend them. They do good work. The price is good. As soon as I called they came. They came within a day. I didn't really price around. I would use them again in the future.

They are very good in everything that they do. My overall experience with them has been good.

I have used them for years and their rates are reasonable. They do good work and I never had any problems with them. They seem to clean up well and do the job well, and always have the parts they need. I don't have anything negative to say about them. They are very prompt, and if they know that you are in a bind or situation where you are completely out of water or something and you needed the service quickly, they manage to find a way to get there promptly and take care of it for you. I have had them find leaks. I had a leak one time in the wall, and I would probably have had half the walls torn up, but the guy went to it and knew right where it was, and he made a little cut in the sheetrock and went in and repaired it. I think that they are just a little bit cheaper than the rest. They could be a little more professional but I am very pleased with them.

They are always really nice and come out as soon as they can.
