Terrible, terrible experience with this builder. Would not keep his word with us, very poor workmanship, many errors that needed correcting, he quit the job without finishing the house, demanded final payment before the house was done, very threatening when confronted about issues, crooked walls, windows not square... I could go on and on. Save yourself the headache we had with him, find another builder. Below is one picture of his work and this is in the center of our living room floor! And the front porch pillars... and tell me, do you see anything wrong with the kitchen cabinet they are trying to hang? Hint: it covers the window!
