Well it did not go well. In the beginning the staff was friendly and helpful when I placed my order. It was delivered to my home by a contracted company that Home Depot uses. They were friendly, but when they left I realized my microwave was not installed correctly. When I opened the door to the microwave, it wobbled . It was only connected on the top, not on the bottom, and it was pulling away from the wall when I opened the door. The had also drilled huge quarter sized holes at the bottom that were below the microwave and were clearly visible. I called the store immediately and was told someone would get back to me. I called again when no one ever called me back and was told they did not have voice mail so I could not leave a message. After no one ever called me back, I had to file a complaint with the Better Business Bureau. They then called me and scheduled someone from the store to come out and fix the holes in the walls and install it properly. The manager came out and apologized. I requested a refund for the $99 installation fee since I paid for a "professional installation" which I did not receive. The refunded this amount for me. So I did finally get what I originally ordered, but after a lot of trouble and effort and the necessity of filing a complaint.
