Complete Tree Service LLC

Got an estimate from this person on Tuesday, 2/9/10 for complete removal of fallen tree including stump as well as clean up and removal of wood. He showed up by himself and was asked if he had a crew. I was assured he did and he would start right away and free up the driveways that the tree was blocking and he would finish the job the next day. He started by himself, got a little work done, and left to get a bigger chainsaw. He showed up by himself 2 hours later and worked until it was dark. He was unable to clear both driveways, but he told me he would be back "first thing in the morning" to finish up. On Wednesday after numerous phone calls he showed up after 3 pm, with his "crew" that consisted of another guy and a teenage girl( who sat in the truck smoking around all the diesel fuel) parked his large tree truck in my driveway after finally clearing it, and told me his truck had broken down numerous times that day. He did not finish the job and spilled diesel fuel all over my driveway. He promised he would be back "first thing in the morning" to finish the job. He also told me he was leaving his truck because it was broken down again! Now mind you, I am parking on the street and it has gone down to the 20's every night. The next day, Thursday, He showed up after 3 pm again after numerous un-answered phone calls and got his truck running, however, when he was trying to remove the stump, hydraulic fluid was literally pouring out of it onto the tree and into my garden. I will not be aboe to plant without removing any contaminated soil. When the tree fell, only one of the pavers that I had just gotten put in cracked and was moved. Because he tried to just pull the stump out without cutting any roots he pulled up the remaining pavers and cracked the cement . He stopped when he thought he was going to pull up my driveway. I asked him why he had not cut the roots, and he said he usually just pulled the stumps out! He stopped and told me he was sorry, but he could not get the stump out. He then told me it would "only" be $700.00. He did not clean up my driveway, and he left his huge truck on my street for a WEEK! It is going to cost me another $500.00 to get the stump out! I will NEVER call this guy again..
