Nicole and I discussed what I wanted the end results to be with color and cut. She has done my hair before, but I wanted a little change. She was able to get the exact shades I wanted. I was very pleased. It is an owner-operated shop with a pleasant, relaxing atmosphere. I have been going there about a year every two months or so and have always been pleased. As a one chair operation, the client has her undivided attention. She doesn't overlap clients. If you want conversation, it's fine; if you want quiet, that's fine too.
Easy to get an appointment and always on time and works fast with no delays for phone or otherwise.
Healthy hair tips and suggestions are provided and the entire process is relaxing and invigorating. There is no selling of products.
Always pleased and always get compliments on my hair. Will continue to go to her for services.
