The Mr. Refrigeration team is a nice group of people they helped me out thru a very stressful week of my life. After I called them Tuesday when my old unit died, they send jerry out and he made some emergency repairs that day and stayed until the old unit was running. Then they gave me a fair and honest estimate on what I was going to take to replace my unit.

Friday came and John, Dustin and Herbie showed up around 8:30am and they went to work tearing out my old unit and installing my new one. They also answered all my questions while they worked and allowed me to watch them while they worked. Which was comforting. They didn't finish until everything was done and checked and cleaned up and I was happy, which ended up being around 10pm.

I have not seen this kind of professionalism in a business in quite some time I would highly recommend Mr. Refrigeration to any one that needs Heating and cooling work done to their home or business they are a quality and professional group.

They shared with me what they found to be the likely reason for the smell. They took measures to eliminate the smell. They told me to contact them again if I smelled it again.

Very professional and courteous. The technician (Bruce) came the same day, called to give approximate arrival time, then called later when he determined that he would arrive a little later than the scheduled time, due to the previous job taking longer than expected. Technician had the parts with him to make the repairs. Worked till after dark to get repair completed on same day. Would recommend to others and will use again if future service is needed.

Mr. Refrigeration was absolutely wonderful! They were here on time and had everything they needed to start work as soon as they arrived. They immediately started work and stayed until the job was completed. The only thing they didn't bring with them on the day of the job was the cover they need to cover the duct work from the outside. Their workman told me he would be back the next day with a custom made cover to keep the weather and animals away from our new duct work.
After they completed the job, they cleaned up every bit of refuse from the job; they removed the old furnace and cooling unit, all the old duct work and insulation; they even plugged my bug zapper back in!
Once the unit was in place, they made sure each and every vent was working properly and went over how to set the thermostat with my husband.
These guys are great, I cannot say enough good things about the experience having this company do my new system. Thank You Mr. Refrigeration!

They came out the day I called and made repairs promptly. Later I had to call them again and they return without charge to check the problem.

They were here early morning and worked all day, except for a quick lunch, they never stopped until the job was done. They were very friendly and answered all my questions. I would say this company was very professional. They went above and beyond when our air went out on a friday by loaning us two window air conditioners until they could install the new one. You couldn't ask for a better heating and air disaster than this one. Everything went beautifully!

FABULOUS!!!! I received estimate last summer for heat pump and actually completed the wok this summer. The guys were here around 8am and completed the job that afternoon. They cleaned up after themelves and the upstairs of my house is nice and cool again. I would recommend them to anyone!!!!

Air conditioner stopped working on one of the hottest days at this summer. Called company early (before the opening hours) and left message. They called back when they were in office at 8 am and they had already found our file. Technician was in the house before lunch time on 4 August 2008. Beside the work itself, he told us what to watch in the future.
