The representative of MR. refrigeration came at 0900 as agreed the day before and ask a few questions about the system and proceed to check the system, within 15 minutes he identified the problem and told how long it would take him to fixed, 30 minutes later he finished and show me the melted circuit breaker, is nice to see the actual damage and not just a statement, the guy went the extra mileage when he even clean out the drainage slot under the house because it was clogged. This is my second experience with them and have been both times very pleasant. The gentlemen even took the time to explain to me why this happen and why the replacement part would prevent the situation to reoccur; his part came with one year warranty too.
