Called on Sunday, and he came on Monday morning arriving a little late. Very courteous and efficient. Didn't make a mess. Fixed all three problems in about 2 hours. The hourly rate seemed high, but it's probably the going rate now since we haven't needed a plumber in a few years. Very pleased with service.

Mr. Drury was very professional and totally competent. He was also pleasant to be around. He explained what had to be done and how he would do it. He answered our many questions patiently and politely. He cleaned up the work area when he was finished.
