The owner, Tim Beason, is a great guy and so willing to help. We have been using Tim for over 14 years for all of our HVAC needs. He is very knowledgable and very helpful and willing to work with you on your heating and cooling needs. He will even recycle your old unit for parts to fix the aging schools, shelters or the needy, if you no longer want the unit. He replaced our heating element and had us up and running before the house could get cold! :)

I had been having a problem with a RV air conditioner since last July when I bought it new from Coleman. They came out and found the problem within 30 minutes and contacted the seller who contacted Coleman and installed a new one. They are very professinal and clean. Did not leave their trash behind as some have. This has been such a great weight off me because for the last year it has not cooled as it was suppose to but Coleman would not have it fixed but just said it was the sun that was hitting my camper in the hottest part of the day. It had a slow leak of freon and finally just stopped cooling. I am very happy with the service they give.
