I hired Mr. Haynes through a verbal agreement to remove a bath tub & install a tiled walk -in shower & paid him for the cost of materials. He said he could do the job in a week. He tiled the shower & floor & moved the drain. After inspection I found the work to be unfinished, unacceptable & shower unusable & unsafe. After nine weeks , Mr. Haynes quit working without giving any explanation. He would not communicate, return calls or texts. I paid for a custom shower door, long grab bar, bullnose & trim non of which were installed. The work he did must be torn out.
