David did an excellent job. He was prompt, worked hard, and completed the task in a timely manner. When communicating with us he was patient and listened to everything we wanted and needed. David went out of his way to make this serious situation of mold growing under the stairwell closet and a few walls least stressful that it could be. He is a one man show. Trustworthy and I highly recommend him.
Description of Work: David removed affected drywall molded and water damage, removed affected carpet and paneling. He scrubbed and cleaned the frame boards of the affected areas and heppa vacced all the basement boards and fogged the affected areas with a plant based mold killer that is safe for humans and pets.

Showed up quickly to assess the situation and setup equipment to prevent further damage. Very professional, organized and willing to work around our schedules

David showed up on time and got the job done. His prices were reasonable as well. Having mold in your home is a nightmare and David got in there and got rid of it. It was also nice dealing directly with the person doing the job and not having to go through some big company. I highly recommend him
