Mr. Jed Wilbourn, owner, and two of his employees Joey and Mike performed the work. I have used tree service companies before but this is without exception the best I have witnessed. Their teamwork and quality of performance exceeded my expectations. When finished the entire area was clean of branches and debris. The removal of the tree stump including above ground roots was perfect. When I described what I wanted done Jed listened took notes and then the two of us completed a contract that was clear and doable for a fair price. He has all required insurance and his tree climbers are certified. It was fascinating how skilled the team was and how much pride they took in their work. I really enjoyed my experience with Wood Movers, Inc. It is gratifying to know there are still people in this business who are honest and do what they say they will do!

Wood Movers has performed two jobs for me, once after a storm, then a year later for general yard cleanup and safety. The owner himself returned my phone calls within 24 hrs, discussed the work required, provided the proposed cost, and wrote a thorough contract. When discussing price, he offered options to work within my budget, never pressuring me on anything, just practical advice and choices. Each project, his crew showed up right on time and did good work while respecting my property. Clean up from both jobs was beyond my expectations, including fixing some fencing that had been around some standing trees he removed. His prices were comparable to other services, not "cheap", but not outrageous and I felt like they really provided value for the price. I will definitely call again if I need similar work, and would recommend him to my family and neighbors.

Very well. Jed was very responsive. Had no trouble contacting him and with him calling back. Some large equipment failures delayed completing the job, but overall, the work was excellent and they completed the job the next day. They thoroughly cleaned up. My neighbor saw how the did and requested they do work on his property. I am hiring them again for more tree work.

Friendly, punctual, professional and cleaned up everything including pulling poison ivy from where bushes were. Quoted up to 6 weeks and came in 2-3. Saved me time and did a great job. 1st to call if need again

The work was fast and extremely professional. They did a marvelous job of clean-up and debris removal. This was the second time we have used Wood Movers and have always been very pleased with the job. Prices are very competitive.

The workers came on time, remove the trees and even cleaned up afterwards. In fact they went as far as power washing my driveway. I was very pleased with their professionalism and am planning on calling them back for more work.

Mr. Wilbourn of Wood Movers arrived on time to inspect the tree and area. He then sat down with me and explained what his plan was and the cost to remove the tree. We set a timeframe for the work to be done and filled out a contract listing all work/clean up to be done. The bill was to be paid at completion of work and final inspection. Mr. Wilbourn's crew arrived on time and completed the work in a couple of hours. They were very professional and efficient. The work and clean up went exactly as planned. I will definitely hire again.

They did an excellent job - they did exactly what they said they would, were very punctual, returned calls promptly, cleaned everything completely, took good care not to damage yard. They beat everybody else's prices too. I'm very pleased with them.

Mr. Wilbourn and his crew responded promptly to an emergency situation where a giant oak tree had split and was in danger of falling on the house..  He secured the tree with chains and then removed the tree.  It was a huge tree.  They cleaned up their mess well too.  Happy.

I contacted 2 tree services for estimates.  The owner answered my call and came to my house the same day I called.  He promptly returned my subsequent call to offer him the job.  He told me they would remove the plant the following Monday, weather permitting.  It rained on Monday, but true to his word, they removed it Tuesday morning.   It was a messy job, because it included dead growth from last year.  They cleaned up the ground, collected 4 bags of dead growth and took the remains of what I had christaned my "man-eating" plant away!
