Best place to go if you want a bill 60 days past due. Best place for expensive services that they won't tell you upfront costs. Best place to pay a month in advance for a series of shots only to get a bill 60 days later telling you were late. Never recommend. They will need to be reported to the BBB.

They were great. My cats don't like to be boarded but, my dog loves them. One of my cats liked them but, the other cat didn't. My other cat doesn't like to be anywhere. I was satisfied with them. My dog loves it so much he runs right in. They play with him and he can play outside. He was there for four days. The boarding is $30 a day. They do allow two dogs. I supplied his food and then got the K-9 classic kennel which includes two outdoor sessions, and feeding. There was and extra charge for his treats. We got a discount because we picked him up at a certain time. That's the cost for boarding around here. I will continue to use them.

We have been using Whitesburg Animal Hospital for the last few years to treat our dog who has multiple health issues. On our last visit, we had to wait an unusually long time (which has never happened before) but we got so many apologies that I started to feel guilty. The girls who work at the front desk are always SUPER busy but they are always friendly and pleasant and this time was no exception. Dr Russell always spends alot of time with us and answers our questions and we never feel rushed or like we are asking ridiculous questions. We have always felt like he genuinely cares for our dog as much as he cares for his own.

After less then two weeks of topical treatment the growth is gone. I love my dog very much and would do anything I could for her. But to operate without hard reason and charge 2/3 more makes no sense to me. When I asked questions they were answered rudely like how dare I ask.

The office is very skilled and professional. I was quite happy with the vet and the staff. Stacy Armstrong, DVM, was the vet we used.

Veterinary services, bathing/nail clipping, boarding. We're happy and so is our large dog. They treat him very well.

We used this Vet Clinic for several years and were satisfied with their service. There were occasional waits and they were a little more expensive than we would have liked. We are currently using a different clinic that gives excellent service and has and quot;play daysand quot; that one of our two dogs loves. They are also a little lower in price. They will write prescriptions for you to use for online services which is much cheaper.

Whitesburg Animal Hospital is the best in town. I've been using them since 1992. During the time we have been using this vet, we have had to have 3 of our pets euthanized, 2 dogs and 1 cat. Dr. Russell performed all of the procedures and we could not have asked for a more compassionate and helpful doctor.
The doctors and staff at Whitesburg are always helpful and friendly. They love animals and I feel completely comfortable leaving my pet with them for procedures, surgery, or boarding. My dogs love to stay at their boarding facility. I would highly recommend this animal hospital to anyone.

Every day the staff works on tricks, run through hoops, tunnels, or just lounge around in the little pools that are refilled every day. They have a monthly calendar at the front desk to show you the different tricks they are working on during the day. If you need your dog to get a bath, get a shot, have their nails clipped, etc you just write it by their name when you sign them in for the morning. All of the dogs have a blast. They have an outside play area on pretty days and an inside play area on rainy days. Dont do like I did once and lose track of time because if you're not there by 6:00, you dog is boarded over night and you have to pay $40 for the overnight boarding.

Good overall experience except twice when they forgot to do what they were paid to do. Seriously considered changing clinics at this time, but decided to remain and work to make the experience better by documenting my request of services in writing each time. If you are a university educated professional; take a deep breath, they tend to converse with you as though you are an elementary student. Pretty sure I've had more advanced organic chemistry classes than these folks have had.

We used them for pet boarding. I give them high ratings and will use them again in the future.

Cannot really apply anything to just one visit due to ongoing problems. It is kind of silly that you are set up for just one visit and just one cost. There should be a way to bypass that for people like me who use the person or service on a regular ongoing basis.

We made reservations in advance for our dog to be boarded from Friday until Sunday afternoon at Whitesburg Animal Clinic. It was important to us for her to spend as few nights away from us as possible. Whitesburg Animal Clinic offered weekend pickups and had good reviews. After a positive phone interview, I made the reservation. Upon arriving on Friday morning to board our dog, I was told the office had made the decision to be closed the whole weekend and the earliest I could pick our dog up was Monday morning at 7 AM. They were aware I had not been contacted about the change and offered no apologies. Just an explanation that they "didn't have my phone numbers." I had given them all my contact information when I made the reservation so I am not sure how they didn't have my numbers or were unable to call information to get my home phone number since it is unlisted. They simply repeated I could pick my dog up on Monday at 7 AM as though changing a pet's boarding stay was just routine and just part of what I could expect from this particular vet clinic. This was my dog's first time away from us in over a year and I was concerned about the affect boarding would have on her. Being new and in a new town with no friends or family we had little choice, but to leave her with what we thought would be the best possible alternative -- boarding with weekend pickups. It seems I was right to be concerned because while there she lost 2 pounds, only ate half of her food, and when we brought her home she was very hungry and thirsty. She ate three cups of food within an hour and a half of coming home. This could have been because she was anxious at being in a new place... which is why I didn't want her away from us for more than the two nights I had reserved. My point being, the owner typically knows what is best for their pet and it seems cold to dismiss concerns by saying "but you can pick her up on Monday morning at 7 AM." All my dog knows is that it is one more night without her pack. While our dog did seem fond of the boarding director, the lack of compassion and business as usual attitude was surprising. I paid for TLC care so she would receive extra attention and treats. I wrote to the clinic outlining our experience using their online customer satisfaction survey, but did not hear anything in response. Bottom line is this office seems very efficient, but we won't be back. It isn't good business to be aware of a problem, ignore it and profit from it.

The surgery went very well. There have been no further problems and we are very confident in the care our dog receives at Whitesburg Animal Hospital.
