This is the second house that David has inspected for us and he did a outstanding job.  He was quick to get back and schedule the inspection with us and he was promptly at the house for the appointment.  He does a very professional and thorough job of inspecting the home and afterwards provides a very detailed report (with pictures) of his finding.  Both my wife an I are very pleased with his professionalism and level of service and would be more than happy to recommend him to our friends.

He did a good job.  He was excellent. He found a lot of issues that were overlooked by the home owner's inspection. He took pictures of everything and crawled right up an attic and on the roof.

David is a great guy and did a great job. Very professional and thorough. Very knowledgeable of building practices and area homes. Report was understandable and included pictures. Highly recommend!!!
