Vacuum World was able to get parts that Hoover no longer stocks. For less than $50, they repaired a vacuum that would have cost us over $150 to replace. They provided an accurate estimate, told me when to expect completion of the repair and called me when it was ready.
So many people are bringing their broken vacuums to Vacuum World that their showroom floor is almost half covered with repaired vacuums. With such great service and reasonable prices, I understand why.
