It went excellent. There were some issues, but they (Shawn) stood up and took responsibility to make things right.

Initially it appeared that the building design and building process would be a pleasant experience. However as construction progressed it became apparent that the builder lacked attention to detail as well as competent supervisory ability. Most obvious was the contractor's inability to read and follow his own architectural drawings. Water lines and hose bibs were routed and placed in the wrong location. Electrical outlets were misplaced. While the drawings specified 16 inch square columns around the patio, the builder constructed 23 inch columns. A covered porch was to be 10 feet wide; it actually was built at 9 feet, 4 inches.
In an effort to collect his money the developer kept scheduling closing dates before the completion of various required tasks. After walk through inspections the builder failed to correct deficiencies found for at least three follow-up visits. When his failure to complete required tasks was pointed out to him, the builder stormed out of the house in a huff while the customer was trying to talk to him.
All in all this is not a company you want building your house or even undertaking a major renovation project.
