Tony Jeffery

Poorly. He is a thief, and has served time in jail for representing himself as a contractor even though he doesn't have a license to do that work, and for stealing from the elderly. Since his release from jail, I have seen him cruising construction sites in a rental truck, so I think he's still looking for ways to bilk people. I have a judgement against him -- and BTW, he quit the job at FedEx, so he's got no legitimate source of income.

Tony's main business is flipping houses, but he does home renovations also.    It seems that he does renovations to help finance his own ventures.  His real job is apparently working at FedEx, so don't be fooled if he says this is his only occupation.
 I made the mistake of paying him too much in advance, so that he totally dropped off the job.  The money he took was supposed to be for cabinet and granite down payment, but they didn't get the money until I left messages demanding that he make the payments and threatening to call an attorney.  In the end, he abandoned his subs and refused to take my calls.  He told the subs to request payment directly from me.  To add insult to injury, he was pulling subs off of our job to work in others, so that our project went from 6 to 16 weeks.  He couldn't even pay for the dumpster to be removed.  I WOULD NOT TRUST ANYTHING THAT THIS GUY SAYS.
