We are so pleased with this company.  I called the company number listed and left a voice message indicating my needs for an estimate for septic repair.  My call was returned almost immediately by Rick Thompson. He explained that his son Brandon does landscaping for the company and he himself does septic/excavating.  Rick was finishing a job near my home and we scheduled a visit for the very same afternoon.  At this point in our "septic repair needs" I had already gotten estimates from three other companies.  Rick Thompson was confident and professional.  His price was lower than his competitors.  He explained every detail as to what he thought would need to be done and exactly how long it would take.  I thanked him for coming out and told him I would check his credentials and get back to him.
A week later I hired Rick to repair my septic system.  He came early on a Thursday morning with two helpers and the needed equipment.  At days end the job was completed!  My husband and I could hardly believe it, we've not been this fortunate in similar situations.

It went OK. The company should have rolled the sod after it was laid to ensure good soil contact, they did not. They said they would but in the end they did not use a roller. They worked quickly and efficiently. They over-promised a bit on the time line, but nothing to get upset about. They also left some garbage (cans) in the yard leftover from lunch.
