Initially our counter was cut to fit our old range exactly. It was a slide in range. Our old range stopped working and we purchased a new range. Unfortunately we could not find a range that would fit into the old cut out. New ranges were all slightly larger. Chuck came out and made multiple measurements. He was able to recut the opening and make it larger to fit the new range. He was very professional and did a good job. He cleaned up his mess afterward. He worked with my husband to slide the new range into the opening to make sure it fit correctly prior to leaving. I felt the price was fair for the amount of work done. I would definitely use him again in the future.

Exceeded our expectations!  We've renovated homes in the past, but never with such a positive experience.  Thanks to Tina and Chuck the renovation turned out better than I could've envisioned and was even enjoyable.  Tina guided me through the entire process.  Replacement of the island entailed finding a cabinet maker and plumber and replacement of faucets.  Tina suggested the best team and they were able to complete the work within 24-hours as a seamless team.  Tina knew the best colors and products for all steps of the renovation even though her business is granite and stone.  Thanks to her expertise everything looks great.  The installation was perfect.  We've had granite installed in other homes, but Stonecutters are perfectionists and their workmanship is flawless.  They even helped us with repairs to the tiles in my kitchen and bathroom.  I highly recommend The Stonecutters Guild.

From the moment my husband and I entered the showroom, Michele and Tina made us feel like family.  The true dedication to their customers satisfaction is outstanding.  Once we selected our granite, we were provided an estimate by the next day.  We had several questions, and they were always answered to our satisfaction.  They were prompt, courteous, and the level of craftsmanship is impeccable.  We are sold on Stonecutter's Guild.

Their work was fabulous. We were really pleased with the people that came out and work for us. It's family owned and I like it and it's like I can support local companies because we work in the neighborhood. The daughter of the owner, who helped select the color of the granite, literally called out of state in order to get slabs that consecutively came and cut. I one I fell in love with her first order. She found me a second one that I believe was the next one in line so I have a perfect match for my granite. Her dad, who owns the business, came out and told us from start to finish, what was going to take place and what we needed to purchase. They came on time. If they were coming a few minutes late, they would call. If they said they were going to be there at a particular time, they were there. I would not hesitate to recommend any of the people that worked on our house.

I called and requested an on site estimate and when I received the quote it was very reasonable.  I called Tina and explained this was a foreclosure and I needed help and ask if she could help me out in anyway with price or left over granite from other jobs. I really needed her to work a miracle for me because this house needed so much more work than anticipated and I  had been out so much money.  She said she would check other jobs and she would get back with me.  She called me back with great news they would have enough granite from another job and gave me a great price and not only that she took care of getting me a stainless sink from one of their suppliers at a lower cost than If I had to go buy one myself.  The installers that came were very professional, very friendly and did a great job on the seam (I hate to see ugly seams in granite).  No problems with installing.  I was so grateful for Tina and her team and will recommend them to anyone needing any of their products. Thank you Angie for your  A list that Stone cutters was on.  By the way I live in another state which was most important in getting a good recommendation.

It is a huband and wife team who are the owners.  They gave me the best customer service that I have ever had.  They went above and beyond my expectations and were very helpful.  I will continue to use them in the future.

Stonecutter's Guild are extremely professional and do a very great job.
We had never had counter tops installed before and they made sure everything about our remodeling project was handled.  And were always there to answer any questions or concerns we had.
Everything went extremely smooth.   They were on time and completed the work with absolutely no issues.
They took all debris and trash with them and left the house very clean after the job.
I would recommend them to highly to anyone.

I contacted them about some vanity tops.  A small job, even at $1100.  It took several emails and calls to get the bid.  Once received, they were fairly competitive.  I have seen their work and it is top quality.  I attributed the delay in responsiveness to being busy on jobs much larger than ours.

Their women workers are very good at helping you to coordinate granite with whatever you are doing in your kitchen and so they helped me pick out the granite and then they measured cut it and cut out the sink and then installed it. They are really good at recommending good workers too to help you with the other projects. I am very pleased with other people that I met through them and I hire them whenever I do a project. I like the quality of their product. They have beautiful pieces of stones. They are really good at matching scenes on countertops. I have a neighbor who decided to do their master bathroom he came over and asked me if I knew a good contractor and I said well let me take you out to the Stonecutter's Guild and I know all these people will work together and they will come up with a really good product for you. That's how I recommended them. They are very good at their profession, very experienced, they know stones and are very good people to work with. I would use them again.

When we visited the showroom to pick out our granite, the salespeople were very knowledgeable and helpful. A few days later, the owner himself came out to measure for the template. Before he left, he gave us some very good advice (we didn't even have to ask) about plumbing the dishwasher/sink and tiling the backsplash (my husband was going to do it himself). That was above and beyond what we expected, showed how much the owner cared about the entire finished product and our satisfaction, and it saved us a lot of time and money. The installation went flawlessly, the installers were on time and knew what they were doing. We love our new countertops and would definitely use Stonecutter's Guild again. One more thing...the cost was competitive for a reputable company, and there were no hidden costs or surprises. We wish all companies provided such a good product and service.

Execllent work all around.  Very polite and knowledgeable about granite and other stones and their proper installation.

We are very happy with the granite!  They had several remnant pieces that would have worked for what we needed and they let us take samples home to help with our decision.  They also gave us suggestions which we ended up going with and very glad we did!  It took a couple of weeks for the granite to be cut and finished. but this was not due to any fault of The Stonecutter's Guild.  They were very busy at that time doing a complete showroom remodel for Park Supply and we were put in the queue for next on the list after we picked out the granite and put a deposit down.
Their service is excellent and will use them for any future granite or stone needs (we are currently planning a bath remodel and will use them for the counter-tops)!

. They did a good job telling  us how it would be done and how to care for the countertop. They installed the countertop in good time and well. The problem is the one seam we have in uneven  and rough. We called them and the said that was just the way it would be or it might change over time. He did come out to our home and sand down the seam some. I am very unhappy with the seam, and I thought they were suppose to the best at even seams with the granite. I have to be careful moving an item across this area because it can topple over and this the most used spot on the countertop. 
They did seem to try and match up the patten on the granite well. And they were kind and helpful in helping me pick a color. They send me a picture of the same color I was thinking  of using that they had already installed and I did chose to use it for my kitchen. Since we only needed a small piece for one separate part of the counter up and that meant I needed to buy 2 slabs. So I ask if they had any left from that job, to hopefully save me money, and they did. The piece  they had left  fix perfect for my countertop. I felt they could have given a better price for that piece of granite since the other people had already payed for it. So they got payed for the same pick of granite twice.
So I would say they did a good job except for the seam and how they priced the extra piece of granite.
And I don't think I would use them again.

They arrived at the appointed time, were professional in the granite countertop installation and cleanup afterward.  The price included removal and disposal of the old countertop.  Chuck was of great assistance in the granite selection and educating us on the ins and outs of what to look for in quality stonework.  The price was in the middle of price quotes from other similar vendors, yet the helpfulness was far superior.

Stonecutters provided excellent service in selecting granite countertops for kitchens and bathrooms.  Tops were cut and installed at requested time.  Pricing was competitive and in line with competition.  All personnel were professional and excellent to work with.

Everything went well.  The work was done properly and quickly.

The Stonecutter's Guild were not the cheapest but they were not the most expensive either. They did exactly what they said they would do. They also had a designer on their team who came out and helped with colours at no extra charge.

I approached them in September about countertops for our renovated kitchen and master bath.  They helped with stone selection and provided advice.  Our primary contact was Terissa, who was great.   We had to do a little dickering with them on price, and that is to be expected.  It helps to have a competitive quote to use.  However, their quality and attention to detail is excellent and expect to pay a little more for it.  Along with Ceramic Harmony, they are the best in the Huntsville area.

They delivered the granite within a week of taking the final measurements.  It looks great and I'm very happy with their punctuality.

One thing that they did that really stands out.  After we discovered that one of my lower cabinets needed to be leveled off AFTER the granite was installed, Chuck and team were willing to come back, pull the countertops off, allow the cabinets to be re-leveled, and are going to put them back on.  This really impressed me, because it does involve a bit of extra labor on their part.
