Not very good. Basically what I could do in a afternoon. Was looking for something more, especially considering that 4 people were in my house to clean. Would see hair and dust in spots and even leaves in my house after they left. No thank you. Bye Felicia! Lol

Every other week a team of three arrives to do the work. They do a wonderful job, and leave the house very clean. The workers are all professional, courteous and friendly.

Excellent job cleaning bathrooms kitchens and all floors and rugs.
Price is an issue with this company it was $340 dollars for 2.5 hours of work was quoted 340 to $420 for whole house and said please just do the down stairs because of my budget.
They did clean just the first level of my home and did a wonderful job but, it costs $340 which is more than i was quoted and I even explained that before services were performed that that would be more than I wanted to spend.
I talked witha a rep of out Birmingham about it and they were not willing to lower their price at all.
I think for the work that was done $200 would be a great price but $250 would be a max.
Will not use service again based on soft quote over the phone instead of emailing
me a quote or a courtesy call upon arrival to tell me their estimated cost if property wasnt as specified in my online quote.
It was basically a (we did the work pay $340 dollars)

thats an annual salary of $87,000 dollars a year working 48 weeks a year. I did the math and I got taken. I will never pay 3 peopel $45 dollars an hour again to clean my house.

"The Maids' cleaning fees are based on time in the home. The initial "spring cleaning" is a very thorough cleaning which gets the home in a condition to be maintained. Our regular maid service takes about 1/2 the time of the initial cleaning and we are responsible for keeping the home maintained at this point. Our regular maid service prices typically run and 1/2 that of our initial cleaning. Our fees include insurance and bonding, employer's portion of the social security, equipment and supplies, company cars, numerous employee benefits such as health insurance, vacation, holiday pay, etc. We try to customize the cleaning frequency to fit our client's needs and budget."

For a ~3000 sq. ft. house they charge ~$190 for biweekly service. I felt that this was a bit expensive. They do a great job, however. I asked them if there was any way to bring the cost down. They mentioned that they work according to a checklist and complete all items on each room each visit. To bring the cost down, they would need to skip a room.

They do an excellent job cleaning, but I discontinued to service because they could not schedule a time that was convenient for me. They would agree to a day and time, and then arrive much later than they had agreed to.

They seem to do a good service when they clean every other week. I trust them in my home, they do everything I ask and they do a thorough job. They send three or four people every time and they are in and out fairly quickly.

The price was a lot more expensive than their competitors. I am pretty unhappy with the pricing. They are responsive. I will use them again if they lower their price.
