The Clock Doctor

I called him to return and do a full maintenance job. He said he would out me on the schedule and should be back in 2 or 3 months. That was 2 years ago. Don’t count on a return visit.

The clock doctor has more work than he can handle. When I first contacted him he said it would be 6 months before he could get to our clock due to already placed orders. It was about 6 months until our turn came around, it took him 2 weeks and was ready to return clock. All the chimes are working and price seemed reasonable to me.

The clock Doctor came to my home and by the time he was done it looked and sounded like it did when it was new and that was 27 years and over 8 moves ago. I am so happy to have my clock chiming away once again. Mr. Carson did an outstanding job and took his time to answer all my questions. Quality work from a quality gentleman.

My experience with him so far has been very good. I was very happy to find someone that could take the responsibility of fixing my clock. Due the scarcity of people like him, it's going to be a while before I get it back. I was impressed by his professionalism and expertise. He seems to be competent in what he does. I think he's someone you can rely upon to do the things that he says he can do. I'm confident that he can fix my clock for me but if he screws it up, I'll lay it on him.

Mr. Carson was amazing. I'm not sure what else to say because that sums it up in a word.
He did everything we expected and more. Not only did he clean & repair the clock but when he came to reinstall he gave us a good tutorial on the clock mechanisms. He explained setting, adjustments, care and all the information we need to keep the clock running smoothly. Much of the information we did not know... we were even doing the setting procedure incorrectly! He also gave us instruction sheets for our particular model clock which we did not have before.
Mr. Carson is polite, professional and not hurried. The cost was on par with what he quoted and for the service we had it was more than worth the money. We will use Mr. Carson for any other clock repair needs and recommend him to our friends and family.
In closing, I reiterate... just amazing.

Provided estimate of cost and time to complete job. Completed within estimate of both. He noticed back was missing, and asked if we wanted him to order a replacement. Enjoyed talking with Bob, who is both genial and professional. He also provided instructions on how to care for clock.

Mr. Carson inspected, made minor repairs and placed into operation a cabinet style grandfather clock. He was kind, courteous, efficient and professional. I will use him again.

Mr Carson was very nice, very knowledgeable, easy to make an appointment with. He even charged us less than his usual fee because it was such a quick job. Will definitely recommend him and will use him again,

Mr. Carson had to take the clock apart to get to the chain and pull it down to be able to attach the weight. I have three weights and I had not realized that one of the three weights came off while pulling the chain up. He took the time to listen to the clock and reset the time for the 15 minute intervals and oil the parts. Very...very pleased and happy with the service repair. Recommend Mr. Carson for clock repairs.
