We've had their service for over 5 years. Price is right, and Bill Bastain (owner) has been responsive to every request. He offers a lot of options such as a necklace pendant for my elderly mother-in-law, and has changed my service over to cell-based instead of landline. Highly recommend!

The alarm and security system was installed during construction of the house and we had never had any problems with it. After 5 years the battery needed to be replaced and it was done in a timely and professional manner.
