Mr. Taylor has been very professional the entire time, working us into his schedule aggresively when the job turned into more than we had expected. He did not stint on materials or the time needed to do the job right. He is very easy to work with and listened to everything we had to say. He communicated well and did everything that we requested with a minimum of delay. I love our new shower, and best of all, my husband can shower by himself now. We are grateful that Mr Taylor would take on the onerous task of fixing someone else's mistakes, and did such a good job.
