Tabitha doesn't have a clue how to manage properties.  During the year she was my property manager I received my rent late 50 % of the time and her excuses got old:  We didn't get Direct Deposit set up, the Admin Assistant put the wrong address on the check, the bank messed up - then she started over.  While the renters where late way too many times I didn't receive late payment fees very often which means it wasn't the renters it was the property management company.
She didn't even have the professionalism to warn me in advance that she wasn't paying me on time (she had her money) - I always had to hunt my money down (not something I wanted to do which is why I hired a property manager in the first place).
