 + -1 moreThe process went very smoothly. I called to check her hours and to get an estimate on the amount of time it was likely to take. Then I took my son and his pants in to her shop so she could pin them. She gave me a reasonable quote on the cost for the alterations and the time. She finished early and charged what she quoted. She was very helpful and knowledgeable about altering uniforms.

 + -1 moreI had an interview on a Monday and dropped off my dress slacks at her shop on that previous Thursday for alterations. She was attentive to my particular alteration needs for the dress slacks and the timeline when I needed them. She was honest upfront about the time it would take to get them altered and she met her deadline. I was pleased to see the slacks fit well and were pressed to boot when I came to pick them up.
