Andy was world class in performing a home inspection for us. We felt horrible that it was pouring rain but he was upbeat and happy despite being soaked. When we later met him at the property Andy explained that the wet conditions allowed for a thorough inspection and then he took the time to show us his chief concerns; including a leak in the roof!
