The unit has been working fine since and they did a good job.

Everything turned out well. They came out the next day, the service was easy to schedule, and they did a good job with the repairs.

Sears sale etc went well.
When the machine was delivered, one of the water inlet connectors was cross threaded.
A sears person who was with the delivery men contacted Sears immediatelhy and asked
us if we were having a problem. When I explained the problem, they agreed immediately
with our request for replacement washing machine, because we did not trust the cross threaded
inlet connector.
It took a few days to get another delivery scheduled but it was done and we now have a new
machine set up and running.
We are very happy with the Sears Service Department response and help in a divfficult
sithation.

I was not happy with Sears Retail Store - Huntsville. They did a sloppy job. Some of the walls that they put siding on, the siding never did adhere to the wall like it's supposed to. I'd had to go back and re-anchor it several times. They put my gutters down and when they put them back-up with sub-standard screws and my gutters had fallen on all four corners of the house. I've had to re-attach them. I will not leave them alone for 1 minutes, I will stay right there with them as they do the work and I would make sure that I didn't pay them until the job was done.

This is like my dream refrigerator. They were great. They delivered it promptly. It makes me smile every time I look at it. The freezer at the bottom has storage. I think I'm going to get rid of my 4-foot freezer.

They were great.

They are always professional. The job was just professional. I would use them again. Their price was average. I don't remember having any problems with them at all.

The price was great. The carpentry work is amazing. They are quick to get the job done.

It was under warranty. I had an extended contract with them. I didn't pay them for the repair. They had different repairmen under the contract. There were some folks from Sears, and there were other contract folks. They would come out and look at it. I would not recommend Sears Retail Store to others.
