Robert was prompt in coming to my house and performing his services. I called early in the morning to explain the problem, and he arrived to take care of it within an hour. Robert Ross is always courteous, professional, and honest in his assessments. I have used his services for about 15 years, including replacement of a heat pump unit, and highly recommend him to anyone.

We were very impressed with the knowlege of the owner (that is who came to the call) and even more with his integrity. Given the age of our system he could easily have told us we needed a lot more work or a whole new system but it was a simple matter of a wire that had come off. He gave us good advice for what kind of system we may want to get when it becomes necessary and we will certainly have Ross Air do the job when that time comes

Rossair is very trustworthy. He is very knowledgeable. He was the only one who could troubleshoot why the air conditioner that I had wasn't working properly. He realized that they installed undersized vents in the house and I wasn't getting enough airflow. He fixed the problem.
