They came out to fix a plumbing issue we had. We had a leak into our crawl space from a toilet in the house. After coming out twice they still had not resolved the leak. They assured us that they tested each toilet however when the home inspector came through to reinspect their work the toilet was still dumping waste under the house. We also provided the materials for cleaning up the mess under the house which they agreed to do with the estimated quote however they did not perform the clean up either. Anthony was the manager who provided us with the quote and agreed to services however he did it perform the work nor was he present to oversee the work being done. He offered to come out a third time to clean up and look at the issue himself, however we are cutting our losses and planning to get another plumber out to finish the job.

toliet wobbled. plumber replaced part a week later started wobbling aain. called had same company come out new plumber fixed it , old plumber never glue part down??. New plumber put career on the line and the next day started wobbling again. Called back ladies on phone were RUDE to me several times and a superiver took 3 days to return call for quity of work.Plumber also checked water pressure quoted me a price of 450.00 to replace PRV. After doinfg some reseacher I found out that the county I live is resposible for replace them .I got it replaced for free and this busoness was trying to ripe me off for 450.00. This week will be the 3rd time this company has fixed toliet. I will never use them or refer them you anyone.
