Job did not go well.
Started one week later than scheduled.  On start date, crew excavated and then left.  No one returned for two weeks.  Backyard became a mud pit.  Text messages and phone calls were not returned.  Finally, I threatened to take alternative measures.  Contractor showed up the next day with a full crew.  Crew worked 2 full days with the promise to get done after the second day.  They did not. 
Inspection of job progress by me indicated that the job specs were not followed per the engineering plan.  Electric was not done correctly. 

Paver pattern by gate was not followed.
Company owner argued with me despite my showing the specifications on the job plan.
I went out of town with expectation that job be done when I return.  It was not.  Now, another entire week later, job is incomplete, sprinkler system is broken, electric run to fountain is wrong and the yard is still a mess one month later.  No communications were offered by owner, just excuses.  They broke my lawn sprinkler system and then claimed that the system was installed wrong.  One of the crew actually broke the sprinkler control box (owner denies).
Job never was completed.  Electric was not run correctly.  Large holes left in yard.  Ground not re-graded to edges of patio or walkway.  Mud splattered all over patio furniture, house, windows and wooden fencing.
