Rip is a great guy and very detail oriented. His contract is straightforward and easy to understand. He does excellent work and I will use him again. He worked with us and our changing design. (at no extra cost.) He also had to redo the rails at our request because we wanted to have 42" high rails (code calls for 36" high) due to the fact the deck is 10ft off the ground. This was an added cost due to materials and labor. My only complaint is that the job took longer than estimated. Time was not really an issue with this job so it didn't matter.
