The whole crew was very professional. They arrived on time for the estimate and performed the job at the appointed time few days later. Everything about the company and job was "first class". The principals of the company were on site to supervise the several man crew. They finished in 3-4 hours and made sure that we were satisfied with the job.
We could not be happier with the entire process and we plan to use them again.

The service was great.  They arrived and immediately started the work.  They had to apply several applications of the cleaner and pressure washed after each application.  This was a hard working crew.  They cleaned the mailbox to my satisfaction - very pleased with the way it looked - 100% better than before they started cleaning it.  They went above & beyond the work they came to do.  I will call them back when needed in the future.

Great.  The areas had never been done and had lots of mold due to trees.  They look great now.  Everyone there was so nice.  When Charles came to give me the estimate, he helped me loosen a oil drain on my mower even though he was dressed in a white shirt and nice slacks.  Wow, that was service!  The men that can to clean were professionally dressed and had name tags identifying themselves.  Chad was supervising and made sure that everything was done to my satisfaction.  I would definitely use them again when the time comes.

Wash itself was very good, but failure to adequately rinse cleanser from plants caused damage to many,including very expensive Japanese Maple tree. Many plants may recover,but that is TBD. Payment is being withheld pending final extent of damage and recovery.

We contacted ReNew on a Monday for a quote, they were there on Tuesday to provide a free estimate. Charles was great, did a thorough job and provided a VERY reasonable quote to wash the entire house and patio. Crew showed up at 8am Friday morning and were done by noon. Very happy with the quality of work and professionalism. Would highly recommend to use for any job large or small.

Requested a free-estimate from Renew-it Pressure Cleaning  to pressure clean my home in April 2012, Charles of Renew-it call and email the estimate.  The contract was signed and the appointment was made to do the work in May 2012.  The work was performed on June 1, 2012 due to equipment problems and the weather.  Charles was very professional.

The first appointment that I had with them they did not come.  They finally called and said that they had an equipment problem.We set up another appointment, for the next day I think.  They showed up for that day and everything went ok, but Idon't feel the job was equal to the work they did the first time I used them they year before.  Charles and another mancame out and they did a excellent job on that appointment and it seemed to me the work was more thorough.

"This client was scheduled for Thursday April 5. We experienced a pump failure and contacted her to notify her and let her know we would be by the next day - April 6. The home was cleaned to her satisfaction, when she came out and looked at the work before our crew left, she commented on how well it looked. We are truly sorry for any misunderstanding on the work since our policy is to do whatever we can to make sure the customer is happy with the work before it is billed. The work was billed a week later and she paid in full on April 12 without any indication of displeasure."

Overall, very well. There was a miscommunication about the front porch, and they ended up not doing the stairs to the porch.  When I contacted them about it, my POC (Charles) promised to take care of the problem for free. (Note: This has not happened as of 4/17).

I was very satisfied with the work performed, and plan to use them again.

Our customer is correct that it has not been done by 4/17, however the work was completed to the customers satisfaction when the crew did return and clean the steps. Our policy is to work with every customer and when there is anything we can do to make the customer happy with the results, we will reschedule a crew."
