The woman that I spoke with to set up the appointment was very polite. The appointment was made for 8 am. On the day of service a gentleman called at 7:30 am to let me know he was on his way. He was here at 8 am sharp. He was here for about an hour and twenty minutes. When finished he spoke with me to be sure I was pleased with his work. Unexpectedly the following week the same woman called me for a follow up just to be sure everything was done to my satisfaction. Couldn't have asked for better service all the way around.

Rainbow International immediately got a team out there, explained exactly the plan and what was involved, and completed the project. They were very professional and felt very comfortable with them in the house. The job was completed on time and exceeded my expectations. I hope not to have a situation like that again but if I do I'm glad to know I can call Rainbow.

Overall, Rainbow International were angels. I can not imagine going through that experience without their service, support and compassion. As I look back over a year ago, I am so grateful. I have no complaints, nothing but praises for an outstanding and professional job. The entire team was great, however, a special thanks to Mrs. Denita Stinnett for all the hugs and words of encouragement...such a labor of dedication and love.
