R J LOVE LOCK-OUT SERVICE

Called for service and estimate. Person on the phone was a bit rude and got a little miffed when I asked if he could come out later around 1:00 or so. Bird sounds in the background and TV was loud. We just told him we would call back but moved on to another service. What a jerk!!

While on the phone with a friend, I went out to look at the lunar eclipse 2/20/08, and inadvertently locked myself out. Well, standing out in my pajamas and a blanket wrapped around my shoulders, I was feeling cold and foolish and wondering how I could get back inside. Thank God I had the phone. I tried a number of locksmiths, and when I was about ready to break a window, finally found a 24 hour locksmith that actually answered their phone. Thank goodness for RJ Love Lock-Out! I reached them about 10:50 pm, and he arrived within a half hour. So after almost 2 hours outside with the wind chill around 36, I was happy to be back inside. The $70 was well worth it to get warm and toasty again and no window replacement needed.
