I have used R&D for several years now. They come and spray quarterly for ants and other interior pests, and they use granules and other methods outside. They handle snakes, rodents, bugs, and probably annoying neighbors if you ask. The service fee is fixed per quarter. They are cognizant of pets and very punctual (e.g. we agree to 7 am and Jeff pulls up at 6:58 every time). Friendly and professional. Highly recommended.
