New Windows - 2
Do not expect these guys to stand by their work. They did a room renovation for me that included a dormer style window. Two years after they finished, the paint on the outside trim of the window started to warp and come off in large pieces. Exterior paint should not fail that fast so I contacted them about it. They initially would not stand by it and then would not address it in a timely manner so I had to pay another guy to fix a 40+K job for $300. Their reasoning was they did not make the paint or the wood. No kidding, but they were the lead contractor. The guy who fixed their work showed me where they did not properly prep the wood for painting and used wood filler where other materials would have been better. They even painted over a sticker that was on the wood versus removing the sticker!? Poor craftsmanship and poor oversite. The guy who fixed it said it was the worst window trim job he had seen in 25 years of doing work. Buyer beware.

Addition to Existing Structure Building Service
Jason & Mark are the real deal, they stay in constant communication, the workmanship is above and beyond, they make it easy for the homeowner. I was nervous about the project. They made it fun. Sit back and let their team do their thing, I miss customer service and people that actually care about what they do. So glad they were my team !!!!!!!

I was impressed by Jason's work ethic in that, rather than putting off completing painting until one of his workers could do it, he did it himself. The whole project was completed quickly and in a very professional manner.

Jason and his crew replaced rotted wood trim. Cleaned mildew from wood on exterior of residence. Added elbows in existing gutters on dormers to deflect rain water onto roof. They worked diligently and finished project in three days. We had outlined these several items that were to be done and they did them without further reminding them. We are very pleased with Lee Contracting Company.

Jason and his crew did an amazing job repairing our walls, painting, and bathroom after our flood in our house. They came and did the job and when it was completed, our home looked great!

the easy direct work was done very well but the complicated work was very sloppy and took a very long time. There was sheet rock dust in everything. Even my dishes had to be washed. While they were very nice, I would not recommend them.

"If this is the customer I think it is, I went to her house multiple times at my expense for quoting and planning, I checked in with her constantly, the only time there was an issue was when it came time for payment. When you resheetrock an entire living room it makes dust!!! She expressed dust issues at payment time, I offered to send a maid. She declined. As far as complicated work, we do remodels and additions and do not have any issues. I guess you cannot satisfy everyone but we try our best to do quality work at a fair price. I could give 100 referrals. This is the only negative customer I have had"
