It really sounds like you are unhappy with everything. What I would suggest is the we part ways. I will release you from your monitoring contract and write off to bad debt the 4 months that you have received but not paid for. Honestly, I think refunding you your money is not the solution, nothing has been done wrong in our part.

OVER ALL THE DENNON UNIT SOLD TO ME DOES NOTHING AND IS IN THE BOX .. I AM OUT MY 2000.00 HARD EARNED DOLLARS.. AND MR ELLIOT IS LAUGHING ALL THE WAY TO THE BANK.. BY THE WAY I STILL DO NOT HAVE SURROUND SOUND THIS EXPERIENCE LEFT SUCH A BAD TASTE IN MY MOUTH THAT I HAVE NOT HIRED ANOTHER HOME THEATER COMPANY..

It went very well. I interviewed representatives from five home security systems and Beth's assessment of our security needs and her proposal for customizing a system for meeting our personal demands was excellent. Further, the proposal with detailed estimates, was presented in a spiral binder with literature describing some of the equipment offered. It also included references. There were no similar professional presentations from the other companies. Installation was scheduled and completed in a timely manner. The workmen were skilled and did a great job.
