Awesome! The owner Wayne Brown is extremely professional. He handles all the calls and really knows his stuff. He took care of our problem and went above and beyond with customer service. Highly recommend

Every 90 days they put a barrier around the house. Any bug that might make it past that barrier does not last more then a day. The price is reasonable. The trucks are clean and the technicians are very professional and clean cut. I would not have used them for 7 years if they do not do a good job. They leave a detailed bill and do the work even if I am not home at the time. They are very friendly, they take time to talk to a customer and chit chat with them. They seem like they are part of the community. If a problem comes up unexpectedly they will come immediately. They are very knowledgeable about their profession, they can tell an insect by looking at it.

Part of their service is to come out and provide this free service ahead of time to see if we even, in fact, need them. I have never had to pay them for their service. Neither my son nor I have actually had to use anything. We would have paid somebody to do what they came out and did, but they just didn't charge for it; other companies would have charged us $125. They have dropped off the traps and picked them back up and also said that we don't really have enough to spray for. I would recommend them to others and would use them again in the future. They are honest and green-conscious. They advocate not spraying if they don't really have to. They are prompt with not only just responding to the phone calls but also at dropping off and picking up traps. They have saved me $320 basically. I don't know much about their actual treating or spraying, but the traps that they leave are $11 apiece, and they left eight. They use high-end stuff. I called and left a message, and they called back within 8 minutes. They were working on the other side of town and were here that evening with the traps. They did exactly what they said they were going to do and explained everything. I don't know how messy they would be if they actually did the work. I have been extremely pleased with them.

The owner's name is Travis. He sends me a schedule for every quarter when he is going to come out. He makes sure that I don't have any uninvited guest. If in case he finds any uninvited guest, he always finds them with their legs in the air. He put some barrier that does not bother my animal or me. He sends me a schedule for a year before. His price is reasonable. He is always on time, and comes when he said he would. He comes around every 25th of the month. If I have a problem, he will come out immediately.
