They did a good job and good service. I had a sensor go out on one of my doors and what I notified is that they were there like the very next day. I don’t have any complaints. I am satisfied. They were very professional and very courteous.

They have been fine. We have had them for 2 years. We paid a little more to have some extra promotional items. He was on time and he was really good. The installation was quick. Their rate is reasonable. We can monitor who is coming in and who is going out on our cell phones.

The installation was free. I would probably recommend someone different. I am on a 5 year contract, but I don't like the customer service, and I don't like the lenght and time of the contract.

My sales rep was excellent; he actually even came to my home to be here when they installed the system to make sure that everything was done like it was supposed to be. I asked him if he usually does that, he told me he goes to every installation that he can, to make sure everything is done, and that his customers understand the system. So to me, they really go the extra mile. I think they are new to this area. Their prices were a little better than other major companies that most people are familiar with, I did go online and do a comparison and to me they offered something that the other company did not offer, with their basic installation, they offered an on-star system where I can have a two-way conversation with the system. They are promoting it right now in the area so the equipment was free, you can just pay the activation fee to activate the wireless system. As far as their monthly monitoring prices go, they are close, in line with the other company. They do require a basic three-year contract but that is normal. It was a very positive experience and I am very pleased with the system.
