Description of Work: Replaced Roof, siding and gutters and down spouts due to hail damage. This job was started in August 2011 and just finished on March 2, 2012. WAY TO LONG TO FIX. After repair, the roof leaked. He had to come back five time to get is right. This damaged our ceiling in a bedroom that had to be replaced. It damaged 1 sheet of prywood on our deck ceiling and they tryed to replace it with a prywood with lots of knots and what was there had no knots in it. They did not put down new felt for a new roof. If they would have replaced the felt they would have seen the decking and other problems that needed to be replaced. They still have not replaced the felt. WAY TO LONG TO FIX. When they were called out about the leaks, they would come out and just fill in with glue and you don't try to correct with glue on a new roof, you find the problem and correct it. The glue didn't work and they finally had to do it correctly by taking up shingles and redoing it all He tried to use very poor quality materials that were not the same as what had originally been on the house.. He got Guttercraft (Joe Balch owner) to do siding and gutter job that was damaged from the hail storm on side of garage and did a good job. This was done in August 2011. This was also done in a timely maner, but the gutters on back side of garage started to fall off in January 2012 because they did not check the wood the gutters was attached to. The wood was rotton and needed to be replaced and there screws were not long enough to going into the wood to hold them up.. Before the storm damage listed above we were having problems with siding on our house done by another company in April 2009. We had siding falling off our house and coming apart due to siding being cut to short and trim not being replaced. In October 2011 our Insurance ask Pinnacle (Peter Bach) to please correct this bad siding job done by the other company. Pinnacle (Peter Bach) ask Guttercraft (Joe Balch) to come out and correct the problem caused by the other company. Guttercraft employees made fun of and talked about what a sorry job this other company had done, then they turned around and did the exact same thing. I have photo's to show both companys work.. They were called back out 4 or 5 times to redo siding and other items that became problems because of the poor workmanship. This work is just now getting finished, they started October 2011 and today is March 2 2012,. (5) five months. 90% of the time they did not show up to work when they told you they were going to be here. After two or three day of not showing up, I would call and they would have an excuse for not showing up. What happen to letting someone know that you can't make an apppointment or if you are going to be late for a scheduled appointment. Where is the customer service.
