I don't like how they really deal. I think they're friendly people, but I'm not sure if I'll go back. They had the shop prices and everything but that's not what they kind of stuck to me and I wasn't real happy about that. I think they have fair pricing except for that particular thing. The didn't take that number off my bill. I think they're professional. I'm about to buy some tires and I'm going to shop around before I go back. I am less likely to use them again.

very badly. tires were not available at time of appointment, alignment was not performed correctly, had to go back at least 5 times to get work repaired. very tired of being told they were sorry. very slow. lied to a number of times by the manager to cover his employees mistakes. this guy will tell you anything to get off the hook. he lied a number of times. ridiculous. do yourself a favor and do not go here no matter how good the price seems. i am left wondering if the work that was done to my vehicle was even necessary.

They did the work, and when it came time to have the tires replaced I used them. I liked the fact that they were open on a Saturday, others weren't. I didn't cost compare with other companies, but later had tires replaced, balanced, and cost was about identical to a used tire place across the street.



My brother in law auto repair in his one man business, and didn't feel the cost was out of line.



I possibly could have gotten by with just replacing the pads, but the brakes had seriously overheated, and parts may have been stressed.



Liked the people

The manger was very friendly. Oil change was conducted timely and efficiently. They inspected other items on the car and found that my rear wiper blade had deteriorated and needed to be replaced. The cost was very reasonable for a new blade. The old blade had split and I had overlooked it. The oil plug washer had cracked and was no longer on the plug. The previous person who had changed the oil did not mention that the washer was gone and had just tightened the plug overly tight. The plug was replaced with the correct one and the cost was negligible.
I appreciate the technician looking to find items that need to be replaced and not start trying to sell me all types of repair work when it is not really needed. My Ford Explorer Sport just turned 119,000 miles so parts do have to be replaced.

I called for a quote on a set of tires. I was given a somewhat high price for the tires I wanted, but then the gentleman on the phone said, and quot;Now remember, if you find a lower competitor's price, we'll beat it by 5%.and quot; I did find a lower price - at WalMart. I called back 5 minutes later to tell them what I'd found, and the same person answered the phone. I was briefly on hold. He came back and told me that there was nothing they could do for me. When I questioned this, he explained that the district manager was currently in the store and confirmed that they could not give me the price as originally discussed.
I immediately called the company headquarters and filed a complaint about the store. The store had 48 hours to respond. It's been 3 days and I've heard nothing.
I'll get my tires at WalMart and go about my business, but that isn't the point. The store could not make good on an offer I received not 5 minutes earlier, and can not explain why.

They seemed really nice and friendly. They had a coupon in the newspaper and I didn't have it, but the guy went ahead and took the ten percent off.

I drove the car to them, and in about an hour, they had the problem solved and the car fixed. This is after two other mechanics told me they couldn't do it but it the whole emergency brake cable needed to be replaced for $300 and took hours to come to this conclusion. These guys are competent and pleasant.
