Great service when they actually show up. Everytime i schedule an appointment with them, they dont show up. And the excuse is always the same. “Must have been a miscommunication with the scheduling department”. This has happened atleast 4 times. Today being the 5th. My appointment was scheduled today between 4-6pm. Its 5:40pm, i try to call the office and they are closed. Yet my monthly payments comes out of my account on time. Sick of the unprofessionalism, will soon cancel this service.

Called Orkin to come to my house as an established customer for an emergency pest situation. Was told technician would contact me. Waited for 2 days for a response. Called again to speak to the manager. Was told he would call me back. Never heard from him at all. Would not recommend these folks.
