Pest Control
We have a contract with them and pay yearly, and so when they come out to inspect we don't pay them again. It's a termite policy that we have with them. We never did have termites and we got just in case. It's a peace of mind. They are very accommodating and I feel like I can trust them to come in. They've even taken pictures of under the house to show me.

We are very pleased with them. They guy was very professional. He took pictures and showed us what was under the house in the crawl space so there were no questions about his recommendations.
