We were very pleased with the product and the value. They even matched the scroll in the step rail to the scroll in our gates. Beautiful work! It took quite a while (about three months) from purchase/order to delivery because they are backlogged. My only complaint is that I wish it could have been installed earlier. Overall a great job, though.

I visited the office twice, first just to look at everything and talk to them about what they could do, then a few months later went back and ordered the rails. They told me it would take a couple of months to get them fabricated and installed, I asked if it would be possible to get them done by Christmas. They said they would try. I checked back a couple of weeks before Christmas, it didn't look too promising, but they again said they would see what hey could do. They did make it--called about 5 days before Christmas, said they could install them around 10:00 am the following Monday. They called when they were en route, let me know they would arrive a little early. I got there just after they arrived. They got right to work, obviously knew what they were doing and were interested in doing good work.

The rails were exactly what we had ordered, and fabricated so they fit the installation site perfectly. The two workers temporarily placed the two porch rail sections, while one of the workers was working to drill the installation holes in the wooden porch columns and the concrete and brick porch, the other worked with placing the two hand rail sections that went down the steps to the sidewalk. After the two porch sections were in place, both worked on final placement and installation of the rails going down. All sections fit just like they were supposed to and were installed securely.

The finished job looked even better than we had envisioned. New Market Iron Works walked us through a very good selection of designs, helped us pick out options, fabricated the final selection very well, and then used very professional installers to put it into place.

Due to some health problems I needed some handrails on my front steps. I checked with Angie's list and also contacted a big box store for estimates. New Market Iron Works had the best prices and met all of my specifications. I was aware of the quality of their work since their shop is not far from my house. The handrails are beautiful and are easy to maintain. I am very pleased with their work and hope to use them again when I redo my deck.

went very smoothly, true artist.  Delivered on time and within budget - has been two years and product still looks brand new - has not needed touch up or painting.

The project was very delayed and we did not understand why it was taking so long to complete. At the time we used them, the owner was ill and our project was delayed. They should have explained the situation to us sooner. If we need any more ironwork done, I will definitely contact them again.

Took a while from date I ordered, but worth the wait. Marty and Alfredo, the installers, were a pleasure to meet . They performed their duties in a courteous and most professional manner. Highly recommend.

They were terrific. They did what we wanted and when we wanted it. They did an excellent job. Their price depends on how big the job is. I had gotten several estimates and they weren't the cheapest but they weren't the highest. They were in the middle. They did an excellent work.

Rails on porches were excellent in appearance and expertly installed. Disappointed with solution for garage rail that left smaller space at opening because of obstruction near base of steps. Solution was not discussed prior to installation.

They were dependable and they did a good job. They did a simple project and so they just came, did it and left. We did not have any problems.

I did get several estimates but I was impressed with New Market Iron Works Inc. They did a really top notch job. They were the only company that would do it the way I wanted it done. I got what I paid for.

I visited their showroom and picked out the simple, basic iron railing. They only go out to do quotes once a week and not on weekends (responsiveness). The technician who came out for the estimate was prompt (punctuality), courteous and knowledgable. In short order, we were emailed a quote (price).
There were two issues with the quote. 1) They did not have all the details of the installation correct. 2) One of their terms and conditions reads: and quot;...not responsible for damage of any nature to underground objects (water lines, pipes, wires, sprinkler systems, etc.), out-of-ground objects, and/or columns, siding, trim, tile or brickand quot;. I replied to their quote with more details on the installation and asked whether they would waive their damage disclaimer. They withdrew their bid (professionalism).
I have no experience with their workmanship. Others have given it high praise. Their terms and conditions seem unprofessional.

Extremely painless shopping experience. We visited their showroom with measurements and digital pictures of the porch and stairs that we needed railings on. We looked at samples and solicited advice on what would work best for us. After deciding what we wanted we paid a deposit and the company said they would send someone out to get exact measurements They told us it would be 3-4 weeks before the work was finished and they outlined the process of how they made the railings and painted them. Almost 4 weeks later the rails were installed when we got home from work one day.

I went out to New Market Iron Works to speak with them and to see samples. The samples and photos were absolutely beautiful. I spoke with Saundra (I believe I am remembering the name right) and she was super nice, very friendly and very informative. They have a minimum purchase price and even though my project was small I decided to have them manufacture and install my handrails.
They came out and measured and delivered my rails within 2 weeks. The handrails are beautiful. They are extremely sturdy and very expertly installed. I feel so much safer knowing I have a quality product! The two gentlemen who installed the rails were very nice and worked quickly. I had even left my reading glasses at the office on the day I went out there and Saundra in the office made sure the gentlemen brought them out to me on the day of installation. Thank You !
