NATIONWIDE SIGN

We paid the company a deposit of $3,000.00 and were told that it would take 2 weeks, after over 2 months we still had not received the sign and I started calling weekly and was always told that they would be there on Saturday to install the sign, after almost  a month of being lied to I called the local News Station and they did a story on this company, the day after it aired the company finally showed up to install the sign and had no equipment to install the sign with, a local man had to bring his backhoe to dig the hole for the sign and to set the sign, several things were wrong with the sign after it was installed, I told them we were not happy and they still demanded to be paid I informed them we would not pay until things were done correctly and the customer was happy, at that point the owner of the company informed me that it was not in his contract to make the customer happy. After a week of not being paid he went back and corrected the things that were wrong and I paid him.  I will never use this company again and I would never recommend them to anyone.  I truly believe that he had no intention of ever doing the work and he would have taken our money and ran if I had not gotten the local media involved with this matter.  I have since learned that there are several lawsuits against this company in Madison County & Limestone County Alabama.
