The two man crew did a great job. They were very careful with our items, worked efficiently, and were very professional and courteous.

It was an awful experience. I was quoted $115 an hour, which I was fine paying, but they grossly underestimated how long the move would take. I was told three hours, five hours tops, and that was after they walked thru the house to see what needed to be done. After 7 hours, they still were not finished and we ended up having to move the rest ourselves- which took us several hours as well due to not having a truck big enough to move the rest of the stuff. The movers themselves were very kind and worked hard, yet needed a lot more training. They were not efficient at all. I called the company 4 times and talked to different managers to try to get some clarification on why the job was so grossly underestimated. Each time, they said they would investigate and call me back. Never called me back. When I called the last time, someone finally talked to me about it and said they were sorry they didn't get back with me because they thought the other manager was taking care of it. They were apologetic, but did nothing to try and make the experience a better one. Their reasoning was that this happens sometimes and I just basically had to pay for the 7+ hours of labor. Also, several items were damaged in the move- but they did send someone to repair them. We hired a completely different company to move the items out of storage due to the bad experience with this company.

excellent. off-loading, two man team had to ferry, hand-truck, and carry items up steep driveway, and then, for some items, up a flight of stairs to second floor. team worked tirelessly and efficiently to get the job done. extremely well satisfied with this company and this move.

Movers were very nice and on time. Some items were damaged during move. I have been waiting for over 3 months for them to take care of a damage complaint. It's difficult to get someone on the phone when you call. Very slow to respond. Unfortunately, I cannot recommend these movers and definitely would not use again.

Service was better than I could have hoped. The guys were very professional and handled everything with such care. The flat rate is so nice because I wasn't charged for their travel time to and from the site. We had everything packed into the truck and into my house in about four hours. I would definitely recommend them to anyone looking for a moving company in Huntsville.

The day before our move, the company sent a couple of guys to help get our items packed, and they did a good job. When it came time to get moving, it must have been as hot as it had been all summer, but the team of guys they sent worked diligently and did a great job getting our stuff moved into our new home. I was particularly impressed by the courtesy and professionalism showed by the team lead.

These guys are the best! They specialize in moving difficult, heavy items.

Arrived on time, courteous, professional, efficient service. Flat hourly rate for 3 men and a truck. They had all the materials for wrapping the furniture and tools for disassembly/reassembly. Their office estimated 8 hours to move everything. They capped the cost at 9 hours. The actual time was 7.25 hours! No damage - they took great care with my furniture and were very patient about moving things to different spots in the new house whenever my plan didn't work out.

The guys arrived on time and verified everything that needed to be moved and where I wanted it. They handled all of my belongings with care, even go so far as to wrap and pad the furniture even though it wasn't going in a truck. They were quick and efficient, getting the entire move done in at least an hour less than was estimated (and with far less time and effort than it would have taken me). Overall it was a great experience; The guys moving everything obviously enjoy lifting and moving things, even in the blazing summer heat.

The guys were great. They showed up on time. They handled my belongings with care, even going so far as to wrap and pad the furniture even though it was never going to be in a truck. They also worked quickly and efficiently. The entire move took at least an hour less than we had estimated and a lot less time and effort than it would have taken me. Added to that, they seemed to sincerely enjoy lifting and moving everything around. It was by far the best moving experience I ever had.

Austin and Raymond arrived on time got busy and loaded the truck without any problems.  The move took an hour and a half longer than estimated so the final price was a little more than I expected.  The guys were friendly and all in all did a great job.

The workers were excellent even in the rain. They did a great job and I am very satisfied with their service. They were careful with the truck load of furniture and items. I would recommend their services to anyone.
