The joy went fantastic. It took them a couple of weeks to get to my seasonal maintenance but it was within a reasonable timeframe and well before the winter set it in. Price was as agreed upon and warranty claims went very smoothly.

The line lasted about a weeks and leaked again. They admitted they used the wrong connection on the pvc pipe. They are very nice people my family have used them a lot in the past. The price is always expensive. I just wish they would take the time to do it correct the first time.

Repaired soft water machine.
Fixed a malfunctioning heat pump that the original installer could not. He is now our official warranty agent for the unit.
Installed sump pump in crawl space to correct a standing water problem. This was an extensive operation.
Installed heat and exhaust fan in bathroom.
Installed hanging lamp in room.
Fixed leaking faucets.
Rehung outside security light.
Mr. Lawles is the best repairman I have ever encountered.

He's a wonderful Christian guy. I recommend him. His prices and quality of work are excellent. He's responsive and punctual. I'll continue to use his services in the future.

I've used him a few times over the years. He's always done a good job. He's very efficient and competent. I'd highly recommend him.

He dissassembled and inspected but left the cleaning for me to do myself. It worked out but he should have done the cleaning.

I called, he was underneath a house, said he would call back in 10 minutes. I waited then called again 30 minutes later. He apologized for forgetting. I told him I would be at home at 5:00 p.m. he arrived at 5:40 p.m., I left the garage open and left for class, when I returned at 7:30 p.m., bulbs were replaced. He was calm, had a sense of humour and had solid priorities (he wasn't dressed like a male model or advertising photo shoot), but was dressed comfortably and cool for a very hot day. He returned at about 8:00 p.m. and I paid him. He disposed of the bad bulb in my trash and was pleasant.

Wiring checked and redone. Light fixure wiring also repaired.

He was excellent. He came out on a saturday and didn't charge extra. He was very nice and polite and he did very good work. I would highly recommend him.
