Very good job.  Communication was great throughout and job was done on time.  Owner (Stanley Mitchell) is a good guy and we would do business with him again.

b They were able to start immediately with the wood flooring and carpet.  We did have to wait for a bit for the tile to come in for the kitchen because we chose a larger tile that wasn't in stock.  However, as soon as it arrived, they came and installed it quickly.

The salesman said he would get us the "good" installers. To save time, they sent out their second set, and we had problems from the start. They cracked the marble fireplace surround installing the carpet. In the kitchen they put down subfloor over the old linoleum. When they finished, they didn't wait long enough for everything to dry, put the refrigerator back too soon and it caused the wood underneath the linoleum to pop up and made a seam down the middle of the floor. They gave us $500 back. Then they started laying the hardwood starting on the outside wall, and my husband warned them that because it spanned two rooms with a dividing wall, that it might not meet in the middle. They were rude to him. He was right and they had to tear up the hardwood and buy us new. That made the job take weeks longer. They were mad because they had to eat the cost, so they hit the wood directly with hammers and chipped it. The "good" crew finished the job, but it was too late for some of it.
