The first cleaning was excellent! Floors shine, dust was removed, excellent. But after we signed up, I guess the and quot;1stand quot; crew is not the same as the follow-on crew. We have a camera in the living room so we were able to observe that part of the cleaning. The floors never shined again ... and we have an open floor plan, wood floors, very easy to clean. Prior to 6/19 my wife called them and left them a note about cleaning the floor properly. They did a good job on the floor but missed under our dining room table?! Also, they didn't vacuum the TV room for some reason?? Its only a 8 x 10 space. We had an 11am slot ... but they consistently showed up much later (like 1:35 or 3 pm). Not good. The bedroom vacuum was always good as well as bathroom cleaning. We asked them to dust the small bathroom wall like they did the 1st time ... never happened. Its only a little wider than the toilet, very small.
To summarize:
1) 1st cleaning was great!
2) 2nd cleaning they did a poor job on wood floors
3) 3rd cleaning ... same
4) We had to leave a note and call to complain .. no offer to reimburse or extra cleaning for free or anything. I offered to show video of maid not doing her job ... nothing. 4th cleaning, good except missed under dining room table (dirtiest spot) and TV room (another dirt area).
Avoid or make sure your clear on what you want ... let them know the 1st time if not done correctly.

While we are unsure why a redo did not happen in this case, we do apologize for any inconveniences this may have caused.
